Apron Project & Polymer Clay

One of the things I am currently working on is an apron.
The back is made out of a gingham dress that unfortunately is a size 0. I can't wear it anymore and so decided to cut the bottom part of the dress for the back of the apron. The only thing that needs to be done to the apron is to add the part that ties in the back. For some reason, I can't quite find the energy to finish it. Honestly, I'd rather work on polymer clay jewelry. Well, that and resin jewelry, but when I was at Michael's buying the casting resin, I didn't know (at the time) that I needed a catalyst. Live and learn aye?

Here's a pic of one of my most recent Sculpey cupcake creations. I decided to just do a "test" of what they would look like in Sculpey III - Red. I think it would be nice to do them big enough for a necklace. Color choices would be black for the wrapper, purple, pink, or green for the frosting. Maybe add little black skulls (or skulls with cross bones) for the sprinkles.
